Spatial Temporal Evidence for Planning South Africa (stepSA)
Africa
Current state service delivery is not adequately responding to the need. Given a paucity of evidence linking the provision of basic services and the appropriate use of innovative technologies, this paper investigates the adoption of appropriate and innovative technologies in the service delivery processes of poverty-stricken South African human settlements.
