Innovative residents of a small town in the Free State have big solutions on service delivery

Rosendal, a small town in the eastern part of Free State faces many service delivery issues like many small towns in South Africa. This has had a negative impact of their businesses. The community of Rosendal has taken matters into its own hands by understanding what issues the municipality was facing and how they could assist. From this the community of Rosendal learnt about how the municipal system works and what the challenges were to work towards a well-functioning municipality.
