Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa

Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)

This document is targeted at Côte d’Ivoire’s key data producers and custodians and provides a summary of the Data Landscape Review’s main findings and recommendations.

Côte d’Ivoire’s data landscape is characterised by significant data gaps along the value chain. The main data gaps are found in financial, housing, and housing finance data, especially when looking for disaggregated, recent, and accurate data. This data landscape review reveals opportunities for the development of an institutional data engagement approach to lobby and engage key market players on their important roles in improving the country’s housing data landscape.
