The Construction Project Management Programme (CPMP) is an intensive five-day course structured to serve all built environment practitioners. The course is aimed at people in first and middle management positions in the built environment.The course is structured to enhance innovative thinking and entrepreneurship. It is not recipe based, but strongly focused on innovation and career development. We teach people to think creatively.
