The 15th Edition of CAHF’s Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook was officially launched at the 40th annual AUHF Conference on 16 October 2024. This year’s edition highlights the informal building sector and its crucial role in shaping policies, products, and services that truly address Africa’s housing needs. Each country profile highlights ongoing affordable housing projects, bringing a vivid picture of progress across the continent.
